Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on obliq96.com, operated by Studio96 Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. ("OBLIQ96", "we", "us").

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned.

Unopened products

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within [X] days of delivery. The product must be unused, with its seal intact and in its original packaging. [Return shipping for unopened returns: free / charged at ₹X.]

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will replace it at no cost to you.

How to request a return or replacement

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 99200 32484 or email info@obliq96.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will confirm the next steps and arrange a pickup where available.

Refunds

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm the refund by email. Approved refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within [X] working days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the details you share with us.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order by messaging us on WhatsApp or email before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; you may refuse the delivery or follow the returns process above, where eligible. If we have to cancel an order (for example, because a product is unavailable or a pincode is not serviceable), we will refund any amount paid in full.
